Our Team
Diane Finding has been in the medical community for over 25 years, being recognized as one of the top injectors in the Canadian cosmetic industry. She has attended conferences and seminars across the world in countries and cities such as Prague, Beverly Hills and England. Her patients have been loyal clients for years due to her empathetic and warm nature, her meticulous eye for detail, and her uncanny ability to transform the face.
Diane grew up in Victoria, BC, and had always had a passion to help and better people’s lives.
After graduating high school, Diane travelled to India which changed her life in more ways than one. After many months of travel, when she arrived home she knew what she wanted to do, and chose a career in medicine. In 1983, Diane began studying Biochemistry at the University of Victoria and because of high honours, she received early acceptance into UBC and graduated in 1989 with a Degree in Medicine. With her Degree, Diane started a rotating internship at the Royal Columbian Hospital (RCH) which she still works to this day as a Hepatobiliary Assist. Diane has assisted in hundreds of specialized surgeries, which include liver, pancreas and whipple’s disease. While Diane worked in surgery at RCH, she also operated a family practice as a GP until 2014, all while raising a family; her most proud and cherished accomplishments, her daughter, Ailish and son, Conor.
Out of the 25 years Diane has been in the medical field, 16 of those years were spent offering non-invasive cosmetic enhancements to patients such as Botox and dermal fillers. For 13 years of her cosmetic career, Diane worked at The Lougheed and Delta Laser Centre, and now has chosen to venture on her own, opening her very own practice, Beauty 2.0, in the heart of Port Moody, BC.
Diane has been a resident of Port Moody for over 26 years and thought what better an area to practice than her own city she has lived and loved for half her life. The Clinic’s Business Manager and Owner, Malcolm, also happens to be Diane’s husband, and what an amazing team they make. Diane looks forward to seeing her loyal patients of many years at Beauty 2.0, and is excited to welcome new ones as well.

Malcolm has been an entrepreneur for most of his life. Starting in the fashion industry with his two brothers turning a clothing fad (Radical Shirt Company) into a country wide phenomenon.
He ran a construction company in the lower mainland until his newest venture. Mal and his wife Dr Diane Finding decided to open their own Aesthetics clinic, Beauty 2.0 in their hometown of Port Moody B.C Mal runs the business side and makes a fantastic latte, while Diane and all our staff keep helping our clients look beautiful. When not working, Mal can be found in his art studio.

Goia (A.K.A. Joya), our hardworking and enthusiastic Assistant Manager and HydraFacial Whizz. Gioia has been with Beauty 2.0 Aesthetics since the very beginning, welcoming every client (new or existing) with a big warm smile.
For Gioia, there are many different reasons why she enjoys being a part of our team. Besides working alongside her sister, Dr. Diane and her whacky brother-in-law Malcolm, she absolutely loves hearing the success stories and experiences from the best clientele in Vancouver.
Gioia attended the University of Victoria before moving and working in Customer Service for Trans Alta Utilities in Calgary for 17 years. It was here she gained the vast majority of her managing skills, serving as the Manager of one of the Marketing Departments during the last four years of her employment.
Always missing British Columbia, Gioia returned to the Sunshine Coast in 1998 with her two sons Kyle and Matthew, where she took some time off from work to be a stay-at-home Mom (no wonder she has taken on the role of “Hen Mother” for her second family, the team at Beauty 2.0). She later returned to work as a Production Manager for the computer company Basis, which produced computer games for the Leapfrog Company.
Today, Gioia and her husband Craig live in and enjoy Deep Cove in beautiful British Columbia.

Dr. Milanovic is a Family Physician with an interest in dermatology. He currently has a family practice in West Kelowna, and has trained in Aesthetics medicine. He has a deep interest in assisting patients with dermatology needs. His focus on skin health and Aesthetic Medicine started while training in Europe as a junior in an Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Clinic.
He acquired his Doctor of Medicine Degree in Europe at the Belgrade School of Medicine, and completed his Family Medicine Residency in Vancouver, British Columbia with rotations at St Paul’s Hospital. Dr. Milanovic demonstrates a sincere interest in skin and anti-aging methods by maintaining his knowledge and learning about the newest innovative Aesthetic Medical techniques at conferences around the world. He strives to bring back the latest and most up to date methods in injectable procedures. He listens attentively to his patients, always working to deliver superb, natural results, demonstrating his belief that “Everybody has a unique and natural beauty that deserves to be maintained.”

Dr. Ronelle Theron is an anesthesiologist at Royal Columbian hospital and Eagle Ridge hospital. She has a lot of experience with needles, putting in spinals for surgeries, epidurals for labor, IV’s, doing nerve blocks or putting in complicated lines for sick patients. Aesthetics gives her the opportunity to do something more artistic with needles. She wants to help clients feel good about themselves. She is also interested in the medical uses of BOTOX® to help people with certain types of headaches, sweating issues and more.
She went to medical school at the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa after which she did two years of internship in rural South Africa. Then she worked in the UK for 3 years as a hospitalist and in emergency rooms. She came to Canada in 2008 and worked as a rural family doctor in Alberta for 2 years after which she went back to school as a resident in Anesthesiology at the university of Alberta in Edmonton for 4 years.
She loves her family and likes to have a good work life balance. They go up to the Sunshine Coast a lot to spend time in nature. She loves hiking, cycling, reading, skiing and she is passionate about our planet and all the creatures on it.

Christina has been working in the health and beauty industry for over 10 years, starting as a Makeup Artist and Skincare Consultant. Following her dreams and love for advanced skin care treatments, Christina moved to Vancouver to pursue Medical Aesthetics and graduated from All Body Laser Institute in 2014 as a certified Medical Aesthetician. Shortly after, she began working in the industry as a Doctor’s Assist for physicians including Dr. Finding. Over the years, Christina has specialized in skincare and injectables. At Beauty 2.0, Christina is our Skincare Director.

Nicole has been working in the skin care industry since 2004 and has been a laser tech since 2011. She’s always had a passion for helping clients improve their overall skin health. When she’s not at Beauty 2.0 she’s spending time with her family on their trailer or sailing around the Gulf Islands.

Kirsten is a laser technician and physician assistant here at beauty 2.0. You likely will run into her warm smile if you are having treatment with Dr Finding.
Kirsten has been working in the aesthetic industry since 2008 as a laser tech.
Prior to beauty 2.0 she worked at royal Colombian hospital in the laboratory for many years before making aesthetics her full time love.
She has worked with a multitude of machines over the years and is always excited to see how the technology and science behind treatments improves. She is also a graduate of cool sculpting university.
As a physician assistant , she tries her best to make every patient feel comfortable and leave feeling confident in the procedure they have chosen.
She has 3 furbabies (cats ) at home, and enjoys Hot yoga , and and any outdoor adventure.

Jen has been involved in the industry for over 15 years, and enjoys learning about the most current advances in medical aesthetic treatments and skincare. Jen loves greeting patients and making them feel relaxed and welcome at Beauty 2.0.

Ange has been working in the Beauty industry for over 7 years. She has a true passion and love for making people look and feel their best. Ange is obsessed with shopping, dogs and crossword puzzles. When she isn't at work, she is either spending time with family or at hot yoga.
